Performance of Top 5 Medical Apps on Unified Platform in the Middle East, Q1 2025

The first quarter of 2025 has shown intriguing trends in the performance of the top medical apps across the Middle East on a unified platform. Here are the highlights from the data provided by Sensor Tower.

Sahatna - صحتنا, published by the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi, kick-started the year with around 45.8K weekly downloads in early January. However, downloads gradually declined to approximately 14.9K by the end of March. Despite this, weekly active users remained strong, peaking at about 78K mid-quarter.

Microphone Amplifier from DOSA Apps had a modest revenue stream, reaching a high of $229 in late January. Downloads followed a downward trajectory from 9.9K in early January to just over 2K by the end of the quarter. Active users mirrored this trend, with a decrease from 8.1K to 4.7K.

myAster, under Aster DM Healthcare FZC, maintained steady download numbers, fluctuating between 8.9K and 7.6K throughout the quarter. Its active user base showed resilience, consistently staying above 190K, peaking at 210.7K.

Labayh - لبيه from Labayh LLC saw a notable spike in downloads, reaching nearly 14K in early March. Active users reached a high of 377.6K, although there was a slight decline towards the end of March.

Lastly, the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib App maintained a fairly stable download rate, hovering around 7.8K in early January and tapering off to 6K by March's end. Active users experienced minor fluctuations, peaking at 63.6K in mid-March.
